By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.Payment:
- Full payment is required before the Artist starts the commission.
- Payments will be made in USD.
- Invoices must be paid within 72 hours, or the project may be cancelled.Work Refusal:
The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission based on its content, subject matter, or any other reason.Communication and Process:
The deadline will be discussed beforehand. Usually, it takes around 1 week or more, depending on the complexity.
- If you wish to follow the progress of your order or request adjustments during the process, you may contact me via Twitter/X or Discord.
Minor changes may be requested during the work process.Limitation of Liability:
In case of physical, technical, or natural limitations (such as power outages due to storms), the delivery deadline may be extended. The Artist is not responsible for delays resulting from these situations.Use of the Artwork:
The Artist has no interest in any type of image generated by Artificial Intelligence or NFTs, and the Client agrees not to use the Artwork in any of these media.
Uploading the Artwork to AI-related platforms or using it for AI training purposes is strictly forbidden.
NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
By default, all artworks are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial or profit purposes without prior permission.
(This includes, but is not limited to: profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, and personal prints.)- The Client may display the Artwork on external platforms as long as proper credit is clearly given and linked back to the Artist.
- The Client may not claim the Artwork as their own.
- The Client may not upload or host the Artwork in galleries intended to showcase only their own work.The Client may print or create physical reproductions of the Artwork strictly for personal use only (NOT for sale).Redistribution, modification, heavy editing, tracing, or use of the Artwork as a base is strictly prohibited without the Artist’s permission.Adoptables:
In the case of an adoptable, the Client retains the rights to the character design.Harassment and Conduct:
Any form of harassment, including attempts to bargain aggressively for commission slots, inappropriate comments, or private messages, will not be tolerated.
The Artist reserves the right to blacklist clients indefinitely and without warning in cases of misconduct.Refunds and Cancellations:
- 100% refund if the commission is only in the sketch phase.
- Once I start the sketch, there will be NO REFUNDS.
- The Client agrees not to request chargebacks after the sketch has been approved or completed.
- If I cancel a project, I will refund 100% of the payment.
- If the Client chooses to cancel the commission without eligibility for a refund, the Artist will deliver the work up to the stage it was completed.- Purposefully issuing a chargeback without prior communication will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting, including associated email addresses, PayPal accounts, shared accounts, and side accounts.Portfolio and Promotion:
The Artist reserves the right to display the Artwork in their portfolio, social media, and for promotional purposes, unless a confidentiality agreement has been made.Final Product
- Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.
-You, the Client, is responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
- Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 2 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.User Agreement:
You agree to use the Artwork for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated and to always provide proper credit.The date of the agreement is defined according to the first interaction/communication or the first transaction.
